Richard Miles, CPA,
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Miles is a CPA with over 35 years of financial management experience in all aspect of accounting. He worked in Corporate Headquarters for CBS as a financial analyst, for Ernst and Young as an auditor, for Marriott and Eurotherm International, starting as a cost accountant and advancing to VP Finance and CFO of a major industrial controls subsidiary. For the last 15 years he has provided CFO services on a contract basis for numerous entities in a variety of industries, domestic and international. He was CFO at Sterling Semiconductor from start-up to acquisition by a publicly held company in a deal worth $55+M. Mr. Miles also provides tax and other consulting services for numerous individuals and business entities. He holds a BS degree in Accounting from Fordham University and did his graduate work in Managerial Accounting at George Washington University. He and his CPA firm are licensed in Virginia.
